Hi, I am Karen, the Director and Psychologist at JumpStart Therapy. I have family members who are neurodivergent and understand some of the challenges in supporting and advocating for children and young people.
With over 30 years experience of working with children and families, I am passionate about supporting children’s social emotional development as well as building parents’ confidence so they and their family thrive.
I love to relax by gardening, reading, being creative with flowers and walking my dog Olli.
Hi, I’m Michael, With over 28 years Occupational Therapy experience in Child Development, Neurology and Brain Injury Rehabilitation, I’m committed to supporting children and young people to reach their developmental potential and gain the functional skills they need to thrive.

Hi, I'm Siân, accredited dietitian. As a mum to a neurodivergent child and other children with allergies, I truly understand how challenging and complicated feeding kids can be. My goal is to provide you with practical, easy to follow nutrition and feeding advice that builds your confidence and brings back joy to feeding your children.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature with my children, cooking, gardening, hiking, running, reading and the odd creative project.
Hi, I’m Maddison, an Allied Health Assistant. I am studying a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) at CSU. In my down time I enjoy walking, Pilates, netball, cooking, and being with family and friends.
